International inspiration is nothing new for Turkish native, Bickin Karagoz. After earning a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Okan University in Istanbul, he has become a master at the many skills necessary in the world of restaurants. His inclination for travel has led him to roles spanning over 4 different countries and fluency in multiple languages.
In his latest position at Tillie’s, Bickin is responsible for supporting the team in restaurant operations and overseeing all event’s in Tillie’s Private Dining Room, Mr. Kiem’s. Bickin enjoys the thrill of supporting the team as Tillie’s becomes the premier dining experience in Central Texas. In his free time, he enjoys crafting cocktails and exploring new bars and restaurants.
