Francheska Mayfield

General Manager

A founding member of Whim Hospitality and Camp Lucy, Francheska started her career with the company in the Camp Lucy lodging department. While working as a front desk agent, she also interned as an event coordinator and was eager to jump in wherever she was needed. Following her time at Camp Lucy she transitioned into her role supporting CEO Kim Hanks, perfecting the many skills and knowledge necessary to continue her growth within the company. After serving as one of the original team members in the Whim Hospitality marketing department, she found her way back to Camp Lucy as the first Operations Manager and eventually Assistant General
Manager. In her latest role as General Manager, Francheska leads the ever-growing Camp Lucy team. After many dedicated years and a whole gamut of positions within the company, Francheska is the ideal visionary to help lead the company into its next phase of growth.

Francheska graduated from Pampa High School and went on to Texas State University. She
graduated with her degree in Mass Communication and a minor in English, where in true
Francheska fashion, she completed her program in just three years.

When not working at Camp Lucy, which is rare, she has a part-time job as a cat mom to Bennie,
an active Bengal. She enjoys hiking, purchasing new plants and sipping on cocktails with her
husband, Cayden. She is always up for new experiences in the local area, and like all the
Whimmers, she enjoys the search for the best new local place to eat.
