Katie Dickinson

Assistant General Manager

After spending “the important years” growing up in Dripping Springs, Katie hit the ground running and began her own equine business right out of high school. Although she eventually had to close this business, it shaped her love for people, problem solving and customer service that brought her to Camp Lucy managing company, Whim Hospitality. After working her way through virtually every position within the company, she proved her adaptability and wit made her an invaluable asset to the company. In 2020, she made the official transition to Camp Lucy as Assistant General Manager. A Certified Life Coach, she is always eager to learn and in turn is continuously pouring into others. In addition to actively seeking new certifications, she has been a part of many programs including AHRMA Stepping Stones, Leadership Dripping Springs, and the City of Austin Small Business Program. She loves the ever-changing world of Camp Lucy and working through any challenge the day might bring. She finds joy in training her team and creating the most memorable experience for guests. When she’s not rallying the troops, she can be found horseback or enjoying the outdoors with her beautiful family.
