After graduating from UC Berkeley, Laura Simpson fell in love with all things weddings after planning her own in 2010. She quickly started assist with wedding planning in her free time and entered the events world full time in 2015 at a boutique hotel in San Diego. She then moved over to sales and planning events for a non-profit contemporary art museum until she found her way to Texas and the Camp Lucy team.
She has seen all aspects of the Camp Lucy Experience through her various roles within the company before settling in at her latest position as an Account Manager.
This film-studies social butterfly enjoys live music, travel and combining the two to chase her favorite band all over the world (the furthest of which being Sydney, Australia). Otherwise she can be found keeping our teams “in-check” and spending time with her husband and two (vey spoiled) rescue pups.
