Assistant General Manager

Finding inspiration in all aspects of life, Sarah leads the Tillie’s team with creativity and passion to guarantee an unforgettable dining experience for each guest who visits. In 2013, she began her career in food & beverage, working for some of the Austin industry’s best including the Bunkhouse Group, Parkside Projects and the JW Marriott.

Sarah joined the Whim Hospitality Family in 2020 as the Tillie’s Restaurant Manager. In her new role as Assistant General Manager, she will continue to oversee the restaurant and curate innovative and exciting experiences for guests. When she isn’t making magic happen on property, she spends her time learning and exploring creative outlets by watching documentaries, visiting museums and reading about fashion and interior design.
