Assistant General Manager
Born and raised along the Central Coast of California, Shannon got her professional start in the wedding industry managing a bridal store in Los Angeles while also working for event planner Sharon Sacks.
After taking a leap of faith and heading East, Shannon found a job in Austin at another bridal store where she first learned about the magic of the Camp Lucy wedding experience. She quickly jumped at the chance to join the company at any capacity, beginning with a sales administration role at Camp Lucy’s managing company, Whim Hospitality. Eventually, she found her way to Camp Lucy as an Account Manager, Lodging Manager and finally to her current position as Assistant General Manager. Seeing crazy ideas become reality, plus the reaction clients have when those dreams are realized makes all the hard work worth it.
In her free time, you can probably find Shannon outside – whether it’s floating the river, paddle boarding or exploring the gorgeous landmarks of the Texas Hill Country (especially the local vineyards).
