Creating magical moments is nothing new for this hospitality veteran. After growing up in Chihuahua Mexico, Sylvia took on quite the adventure and made her way to Texas. She spent 15+ years working her way through the ranks at Barton Creek Country Club. After a short span in the retail world, she realized her heart was in food and beverage and returned to the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin to eventually become their Director of Banquets.
Sylvia’s extensive career in hotel operations developed her passion for customer service and attention to detail. She gets to live out her dream of a fairytale wedding every day when creating special memories for Camp Lucy couples. She looks at each wedding and event like it was her own, ensuring an exceptional experience.
When she isn’t sharing her sparkle with guests, she can be found hiking or taking a long walks to clear her head. Her biggest heroes are her children, Richard and Aleiah, who make her home so very happy and her late husband, Courtney who inspired her to believe in herself.
