Tex-mex Taco Station
BUFFET-STYLE MENU
This menu style is convenient for guests to graze and choose between different items as they please. A buffet display helps keep food organized, easily replenished, and within reach throughout your event and/or dinner service. This is a great option to feed large guest counts!
Baby Arugula Panzanella Salad
FAMILY-STYLE MENU
This meal style is delivered to each table on communal-style dishes. This dining experience allows your guests to enjoy each other’s company throughout dinner without ever having to leave their seats, wait for their plate, or wait in line.
Miso Glazed Chilean Seabass
PLATED-STYLE MENU
This meal style has been artfully plated to be served to guests simultaneously. Once dinner service is over, plates will be removed to create a clear table for the remainder of the event. This style is a great fit for those seeking an efficient and beautifully-presented meal directly to each guest.
Lavish Local & Imported Cheese and Charcuterie Station among other dishes
HORS D’OEUVRES – These are the small bites that will be passed around to your guests during the social hour of your event. There are two types:
LIVE-ACTION STATIONS – Customize dishes with a live-action chef to serve your guests on-site. Can be incorporated into cocktail hour or kept guests fed during the party after dinner service.
PHAT BITES – These are late-night bite options to keep your guests leaving full and happy! These can be served both passed or stationary.
DESSERTS – This option can be served in addition to your traditional wedding cake or stand alone as your dessert for the evening, whether plated or on a buffet line.

All of our weddings and events are led by our Banquets Executive Chef, Meredith Shaffer. Meredith is here to support each of her clients and curate the most delicious and memorable day for you and your guests.
Growing up in the motion picture industry, this Los Angeles native is no stranger to the magic of events. Meredith rediscovered her passion for cooking while spending time in the kitchen with her grandmother, and quickly made the switch to culinary school where she would begin chasing her dream of becoming a Chef.
She returned home to LA where she landed a job with a major catering company that specialized in large awards dinners and movie + TV craft services. Harnessing her ability to serve Hollywood celebrity clientele, Meredith went on to become a personal chef to several A-list celebrities.
